We advertise throughout the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area to best expose each client's property. We will place a professional Huff rental sign on the property, advertise on internet websites and take digital photos of your property to display on our website (www.huffrentnow.com)

Show

We will schedule all appointments and showings for your property. We show properties seven days a week to give renters the flexibility they need which allows owners maximum showing potential.

Accommodate

We accommodate renters as well as applicants with answering questions, arranging meetings, filling out appropriate paperwork and supplying information on area activities.

Process

We complete the rental application screening process, which includes: full credit & criminal background check, verify current living status and verify current employment. We also:

• Complete all leasing paperwork
• Transfer keys to the new renter on behalf of the owner
• Collect the first month's rent for the owner
• Distribute all leasing paperwork to renters and owners

All of these services for one, low fee equal to one and a half month's rent! (*also subject to a one-time start up fee of $99).
